Online Account Management

CaptureDid you know you can manage your Service Line Warranties of Canada account online? You can sign up for automatic payments, view invoices, review terms and conditions, add or update current products and view claim status.

To Create an Account

  1. Visit
  2. Click “Manage Account.”
  3. Select “Sign Up” on the right.
  4. Find your account by searching with your last name and account number, located on the top of your statement. Don’t know your account number? Contact customer service at 1-866-922-9004.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to create a user name and password.

Once you have access, the Manage Account bar on the left will give you access to update billing information, view invoices, view terms and conditions, and update contact information if your mailing address or phone number has changed.

The Claims Center on the bottom left will allow you to file a new claim or check the status of an existing claim as well as complete a claim survey when the work is completed.
